In a next step, shinyCoreScan should allow statistical analyses of the XRF-data (and added traces), such as:

• Simple correlation analyses/correlograms per section
• Principal component analysis (PCA) with diagnostic plots and ability to plot PCA scores
• Comparative analyses between different cores (locations) using timescales
