Add menu item to show pending nopaystation pkgs

I noticed a number of popular PSP Minis were missing in the list of PSP games on pkgj and went down the rabbit hole of trying to figure out why.
I discovered that the missing games are actually on NoPayStation in the Pending section for PSP (has a TSV file)

Given the pending queue seems to be large and takes a while to work through and be added to the main section, it would be really nice to either:
A) add a filter option "Show Pending" (adds pending games to the selected list)
or
B) a dedicated "Show Pending PSP Games" item (shows just the pending PSP games list)
To allow users to be able to find and install these at their own risk if that is possible.

The last release was almost 2 years ago. Just change the URL in the config file to point to the pending tsv instead of the normal one, grab what you want, and then change it back.

@Masamune3210 Got it, thanks for the suggestion/workaround.

For anyone else that's new and looking to do this workaround, here's an easy way to switch back and forth:

• Use VitaShell to edit pkgj/config.txt
• add the line: #url_psp_games http://nopaystation.com/tsv/pending/PSP_GAMES.tsv
• remove the # when you want to use the pending games list, add the # when you want to switch back to the default games list
• You need to do a Refresh when you load pkgj in order for the list changes to show up.
