PKGj can't refresh

When trying to refresh through PKGj itself it freezes at 0% and after a while stops with "can't get list: HttpError: HTTP download error 0x80431068"

When trying it throught autoplugin in freezes at 24.20 KB on any list and only way from here is to force reboot.

I have tried to fully reinstall by deleting folder in vita shell

My wi-fi is stable and spoofing is setted correctly. I do not using any dns or proxy

I'm using 3.65 enso

I'm using sd2vita via YAMT

It seem like i dont have any config.txt file

I have exactly the same problem, I tried to install iTLS but it still freezes at 0% after installing iTLS PKGj asked to update but that didn't help either.

Try to no use the full plugin of iTLS, only updating the CA certificates should work.
