Deeper KubeVirt integration

Explore kube definitions to start a VM by passing a container refspec.
This could be a KubeVirt definition extension where KubeVirt or an operator would know to take the container, create, and start a VM.
This came up at KubeCon EU 2026 while talking to @jduepmeier
