Description
Add e.g. ghcr.io/bootc-dev/fedora-bootc-staged:[43|44] (and same for centos-bootc) that:
- mirrors the current prod base images
- uses chunkah and strips out
/ostree
This would avoid the need for build-from-scratch in the current bootc base.
