Installing the theme

Try as I might, I can't get the theme installed. Can anyone please give me precise instructions as to how to install this theme. There's reference in the theme instructions to a zip file but I can't find one anywhere. I've tried git module add but without success. So detailed instructions please, anyone!

if you go to the project's github page, near the top-right side is the green button labeled "Code". The last option on that button is the option to download the theme as a zip file.

From the Documentation page, follow the instructions under "Introduction/Workflow/Local Installation and Configuration".
