Having a duration on each action executed

Current version of CaptainHook (5.27.5) print duration of all actions executed by a hook.

But it could be useful to have duration for each action too. That will allows to see what action take too much time !

For now I would add the output only to the verbose mode

Just released version 5.28.0 with times per action in verbose mode.

Thanks for your quick feedback and implementation.

BTW, I suggest to add timing independent of verbose mode. Because setting verbose mode to level 1 could make some noise that is not necessary (depending of action job).

For example with the Linter (https://github.com/overtrue/phplint) I've such kind of output with v5.28.0 with following command

vendor/bin/captainhook hook:pre-commit -c captainhook.json -v
