Make the process of a Tribe reforming into Feudal more fluid via adding extra governments and laws to use when reforming.

  • Add "Early Feudal" Government (In Tribal Group) which is able to hold castles but can only build tribal holdings, include a new icon for government type if possible

  • Add "Early Republican" Government (In Tribal Group) which is able to hold cities but can only build tribal holdings, include a new icon for government type if possible

  • Determine under what conditions a holder of a castle or city becomes Feudal or Republican instead of Early Feudal or Early Republican (perhaps crown authority or certain level of tech?)
