Very long blank visualization card for csv files

This is for general csv visualization. If you load a big csv file which doesn't show a chart with the default parameters, it shows a black very long visualization card (it has a scroll bar on the page which you can scroll for long). Once you set the correct parameters, it's set to a proper card. I have attached the file I tried with .

Is there a csv of similar size that works? It might be helpful in testing. I had some but most of my csvs are too large.

I'm noticing that I get very inconsistent behavior here.

I ran the populate fake data script. So this csv file works when I see it in the fake data dataset.

but when I download that file and upload it back to one of my datasets, now I don't see a visualization. Same bug as reported for the larger file.
