Support latest reactphp/dns version

We're currently installing [reactphp/dns](https://github.com/reactphp/dns) in `~0.4.0|~0.3.0`. The release of ReactPHP Dns `v1` was back in 2019 and the project is on its way to receive a new `v3` as well. I already took a look into updating this project to the latest ReactPHP Dns version and this comes with some API adjustments which also might resolve in some BC breaks.
