TODO - Update all loadouts to current CC modpack

Description

Most of the loadouts may not be compatable with the current Cluster Community modpack version.

Currently the only way to check is very tedious and time consuming because every loadout and classname needs to be manually checked. The workaround for this issue, in the future, will be a tool to have it automatically checked.

Additional Context

When a file is updated, a parameter in the naming format should be added.

I recommend you merge the addDocumentation Branch into the branch you are doing this on to avoid merge conflicts. addDocumentation makes changes to the loadout files as well (adding headers where they are missing).

I have not done anything on this for now. Just put it down as an issue for the milestone and to keep track of it.
Loadouts will either be updated if needed in a mission or if I am making new ones.
