Create a project idea file

This is just an idea to set up a page that people can upload project ideas.
The ideas could be split out be developer level, language or technology usage etc...
As an example: Create a Contact Book and store the data in a databse

@shaneSheridan We talked briefly about this on Sunday. What @columkeane is saying is that we have a place for non-refined ideas that could eventually become issues or their own projects. I suggested a projects.txt file in the repo as a temporary solution so everyone could contribute to without it getting lost in a slack channel. But maybe we should deal with these on a case by case basis via github issues per idea.

Ultimately, we just don't want to forget about unrefined ideas/projects/improvements.

Maybe it could be its own repo, since it doesn't necessarily have anything to do with the landing page...

What might be a good start for this issue is just a page that recommends a few projects for varying levels of programmers. But if someone has already done it, maybe we can just point to another website under the "Resources" header for "project ideas"

Ok I misread that before, I get the idea now @columkeane!

We could have a Projects page with the list of active projects and suggested ideas.
Suggestions that turn in to active projects would include links to their repos and slack channel.

That's probably a bit too much for now though, so otherwise I agree that a project ideas under Resources could work.
