Investigate file naming and folder structure ESLint plugins

Investigate the following ESLint plugins:

• eslint-plugin-check-file
• eslint-plugin-project-structure

Include them in shared config if suitable (severity level should be a warning), or not if e.g. too opionated for use in wide variety of projects. Could also be applied to individual configs, e.g. to apply Angular or React conventions.
