Support multiple VPCs #2573
Description
It has been pointed out that most of ce-provision presumes there is a single VPC named after the infra name, since it is looked up in a lot of roles based on that assumption. It would be great if we could make it support multiple VPCs, without changing the default behaviour of one VPC per region named after the infra.
