Bluesky post hashtags are not clickable links

I noticed the Cute Pets Boston bluesky account posts have hashtags in them, but the tags are not clickable links.

I looked into it, and Bluesky needs facets added to the post to render the hashtag links: https://docs.bsky.app/docs/advanced-guides/posts#mentions-and-links and https://docs.bsky.app/docs/advanced-guides/post-richtext#rich-text-facets

I'll send up a PR to fix this.
