Implement Unit Conversion

In the Netherlands, reports contain a variety of units, often making it hard or impossible to compare. We need to find a good unit-conversion library for nodejs and implement it.

For now, on the averages route, I have a couple of manual conversions. These need to be enhanced to support more unit conversion.
