English is roughly translated now - but there is a lot of information there that is specific to the original project and is aimed at explaining their set of data! This should probably be refined to more general terms
e.g. [high|medium|low]{nutrient|result}=text. There may be other sources out there for this data which can then be applied dynamically to the results, as it requires some medical terminology!
gauge.js also has still has bits of Deutsch remaining
