Detailed error message

Currently if the POST fails, dialogue just argues an bad request. Esp. for alpha/beta testers, it would be nice, if you could provide some more technical details:
* HTTP Error code
* URL
* parameters

Later on, it might be useful if you could link to the endpoint-operator via api_key_request/api_issue_tracker values from servers.json
