Feature Proposal: Gitlab Mux CI/CD component

Hi,

I’ve published a reusable GitLab CI/CD component (mux-ci-review) that runs Mux-powered merge-request reviews in CI: it can run the review, optionally post notes on the MR, and fail the pipeline when the report’s ## Summary shows non-zero P0 or P1 counts. There’s also a mux-ci image with the Mux CLI, glab, helpers, and a default deep-review skill so you don’t have to vendor that skill unless you want to override it.

Feel free to use it, break it in real pipelines, leave feedback (here or on the component repo), or fork and change it to match how you’d want Mux packaged upstream—no strings attached.
