I have two players on my OS server. Both are licensed on the same account and by the same process (license only) and I can see both licenses at pisignage.com/players.
My username must be correct because the one player is not showing the banner. Both are connected to the server and updating from the server.
On the server the first player the "player name" is blue but on the second player the "player name" is brown.
I have removed the license for the second player and reinstalled it to the server and rebooted the player. I have also reset the player and removed it from the server before adding it again.
