Description
When applied to text content, will automatically convert quotes and double-quotes to smart quotes.
This is determined by looking at adjacent content. Adjacent in the DOCUMENT, not the original content. Look to see what the previous/next character is.
This is a bit tricky when content is being downloaded asynchronously, but that's probably a general problem that has to be considered with many other things too.
