run duct inside container without duct installed

Should be possible already, but lets document how to do it and add a test to ensure those instructions work.

This will be particularly handy if we choose to add 3rd party libs to make sure that they dont break this use case.

I'm not sure exactly what I had in mind for this (possibly filed after a passing remark from @yarikoptic) -- but I suppose bindmounting installed duct? This would be easier with standalone executables #326

indeed -- if was a single script or executable - should be trivialish. For executable -- only easy if the same arch, otherwise need to first get the correct arch build. For script -- would mean to have compatible python inside.

But do we have a problem/use-case we are trying to solve here? if not -- stash it away until we do!

I think the use case makes sense, ie we want to run a container (especially with docker/podman) and use duct inside the container since we can't take samples with duct outside.
