[P0] Distinguish the task-level and operation-level mapping

We need to rename the map-task-on-cgra and map-to-accelerator passes to explicitly show their differences.

For example:
Rename the map-task-on-cgra pass to map-tasks-on-cgras.
Rename the map-to-accelerator pass to map-operations-on-tiles.
