Drop Mineral Yearbook Lead as an attribution source

Should we continue relying on USGS data as an attribution source when we only end up assigning those emissions to a single sector as there is no primary lead production in the US?

We have long used USGS MYB to attribute emissions from Lead Production between primary and secondary lead production.

But for many years, the US has not done any primary lead production, so this attribution is no longer necessary:

I propose we just attribute directly to avoid the need to maintain and use the USGS as a source. I believe that CEDA does not include any USGS data likely for this reason.
