We have long used USGS MYB to attribute emissions from Lead Production between primary and secondary lead production. NAICS_Crosswalk_USGS_MYB_Lead.csv But for many years, the US has not done any primary lead production, so this attribution is no longer necessary: |

I propose we just attribute directly to avoid the need to maintain and use the USGS as a source. I believe that CEDA does not include any USGS data likely for this reason. |

Should we continue relying on USGS data as an attribution source when we only end up assigning those emissions to a single sector as there is no primary lead production in the US?
