Store Gateway: Enable series response batching #7202

Thanos store API recently adds support for series response batching in thanos-io/thanos#8623, which seems promising in reducing CPU and network usage for the query path. We should bring this feature to Cortex store gateway.
Describe the solution you'd like
Update thanos version to bring that improvement. Add a new configuration for querier to configure the batch size when querying store gateway.
Parquet store gateway may also need to support the same thing.
