Move old blog posts over to new format

Can't reproduce. Maybe make sure you have the latest blog-server and do a rm -Rf node_modules and npm install on it. If you still get it, post the error output.

Got this on /2014/12/30/this-was-cssconf-eu-2014/

Seems that this is the error you get when there is no corresponding blog content for the given URL. Somehow, the server is not finding that post, though I do see it in the _imports folder

Ah OK, looks like we were probably just typing in the wrong URLs. I copied and pasted the URL @Kriesse was using, which is why I got the error. We probably want a friendly 404 page for these cases so no one gets confused.
