System axis (beam)

Is there a function that creates a system axis for element IDs? If not, is there a good way to replicate this function of Cadwork

Please describe your use-case.
If you create a cadwork element, an axis system is generated.

you can modify the axis via:

rotate_height_axis_2_points...
rotate_length_axis_2_points...
rotate_length_axis_2_points...
