Export standard elements

Hi,

We need a new function to be able to export standard elements from 3D to userprofil standard element database.
List of parameters :

• name of standard element
• path in the standard element database (possibility of folder and subfolders creation it does not exist)

An other function should allow to delete the contents of a chosen folder or subfolder in the std elements database.

Main goals :

• if you have many elements to export to the standard element database, Using a plugin, you can integrate the asked function in a loop to export in one selection multiple elements.
• Before doing a new export in an existing folder, we should have the possibility to
  • delete all the standard elements already inside or
  • adding new elements
