Where should we add the commodities block information?

#444 removes the commodity block template and optional commodity activity in add_commod_recipe.rst because the commodity block is only needed when defining solution priority, which is an advanced feature. Where on the website do we want to include a discussion about the commodity block and its purpose?

I don't think we need anything else to replace the information taken out of the tutorial. The only other question would be whether we want to include information about solution priority on https://fuelcycle.org/user/input_specs/commodity.html, based on the discussion in #428.

I think your question is opening the door (appropriately) to a bigger documentation question. Right now, we have a page on Fundamental Concepts which includes a paltry few sentences on the DRE. We could probably have a separate detailed page on each/most of these fundamental concepts and the DRE page could discuss commodity priority.
