Next.js 16+ component testing to work without a Next.js configuration
Why is this needed?
In some cases, Next.js 16 will not work without a Next config due to issues with next-swc-loader (see #32857 (comment)). This isn't always necessary especially in the cases of more monorepo-like design system repositories
