First of all I wanted to rewrite the Patstrap Server to use Rust instead (Btw saw you rewrote it in C#, will definitely take a look at it as well 👍). After that I was thinking of the following features that I would want in the new version:

• By default 2 haptics are configured (to be backwards compatible with the current system)
• An option in the GUI to add additional haptics
• Each haptic can be configured to use different OSC parameter name
• Store configuration in e.g. JSON file
  To support this it would also be required to update the firmware slightly. Also I still haven't fixed Akku issues #8 which would also require an updated firmware.
  Your prototype is also super relatable xd, I would love to design a casing that can be 3D printed and ideally doesn't require any screws, glue or rubber bands (lol).

Also I am curious, do you use the ESP8266 or a different microcontroller?

While I was testing your app, I discovered a memory leak error (after disconnect PatStrap hardware or server running for a long time) 🥲. I forget details srry. Then I write this C# app.
I think this is problem with GUI.

This haptic dots has been 3d-printed. I dont know how to make a holder to vr headset for connect rubber bands xd
