How to remove NEXT & PREVIOUS?

Hello. I would like to remove NEXT & PREVIOUS from static pages. Could anyone please help me how to do it?

Hi. I know, not what you want to see in a static page.

It depends on the template. If you don't have a specific flag on template config, you should modify static.html.php and remove a section looking like this:

I wonder if this behavior is intentional or an oversight? I can't think of any benefit to having "NEXT" and "PREVIOUS" buttons on static pages. @danpros want to weigh in on this?
