UFAL/Mobile UX bugs

Found some bugs on mobile:
1. After clicking on menu button in navbar, the button position is changing, and it is impossible to click on dropdown options. Sometimes the dropdown is not even visible.
2. Search button is broken (it is working correctly but the UX is not good)
