Description
Current data that is being used is now becoming irrelavant, the reason why is that the scoring system of Corruption perception Index is changed.
Data between 1995-2011:
- Focused on Regional scoring system rather than global standard
- Old historical data with focus on regional data
Data between 2012-current_year:
- Global ranking system with current rank representation
- Standardized recognized system
Changes to propose
- Create two separate datasets CPI_Historical, CPI_Current
- Update and move datapackage.json
