ImportError: Failed to load DLL while importing _dlib_pybind11: The specified module was not found

Got error:

ImportError: Failed to load DLL while importing _dlib_pybind11: The specified module was not found

Uninstalled and installed dlib 19.24.2

I had same issue when I compile dlib with CUDA enabled.
In my case, the reason is the path of cuDNN.

"C:\Program Files\NVIDIA\CUDNN\v8.9.7.29\lib\cudnn.lib"

"import dlib" failed with that error.

When I move the filed under lib to "x64" as originally from cuDNN,zip

"C:\Program Files\NVIDIA\CUDNN\v8.9.7.29\lib\x64\cudnn.lib"

the problem solved.
