Issue with clang 11.0.0 on MacOS?

OS: MacOS-Catalina
Compiler: Clang11.0

Issue:
Not able to compile, see message:
[build] "pprintpp::charlist::tl_to_varlist<pprintpp::typelist::null_t, (char)84, (char)69, (char)83, (char)84>::string_", referenced from:

Not sure what is happening here.....?
I am working on a solution, but to be honest at the moment I have no idea....

Maybe it is just a very "small" issue...

Okay, some more Infos:
When compiling with C++17 and C++20, everything is working, problem occurs with C++11 and C++14.

I somehow expect

but to be honest, I do not (yet) understand the magic going on here completely.
