Better Support Contact information
As stated in Admin-Chat, it is not clear to them, how to reach out in case of problems.
Currently we reference to the helpdesk-mail-address at several points in the wiki.
Maybe we should create an own section, that describes in detail how to reach out and what to consider, e.g. when using the web-interface version of the helpdesk, where one can choose the project type and set further information in a form associated with the support request.
