🚀 New Haystack Docs Are Live!
We’ve just launched a brand-new Haystack documentation site:
This is a big step toward making our docs as open and extensible as Haystack itself!
🆕 What’s new?
The documentation now lives directly in the Haystack GitHub repo as
.mdxfiles, so you can propose changes, fix typos, or add guides with pull requests — just like with the code. The new site is powered by Docusaurus open-source static-site generator — because we love open-source!
The search bar now runs on our own Haystack pipeline, so you’re literally using Haystack to discover Haystack.
We’ve added built-in support for llms.txt to improve LLM discoverability and retrieval, making it easier for AI tools to understand and surface our docs.
🤝 How to contribute
As the docs now live in the repo, contributions are very welcome!
You can contribute by:
Check out the Documentation Contribution Guide for the details and the full list of issues that are open to contributions.
Looking forward to your feedback and contributions!
