What mistake did you find / what is missing in the documentation?

The manual for building a custom registry is missing an initial step to direct a reader to the right location of our build-tools scripts that contains the build_image.sh script in the current first step.

A user will need to clone https://github.com/devfile/registry-support then use this script as mentioned in the manual to build a devfile-index image based on the provided registry content directory.
