Latest libfat-gba is broken on gba with SuperCard SD #24

In the latest toolchain, the libfat-gba isn't working, fatInitDefault() will failed on SuperCard SD.
What's the issue you encountered?
fat init failed.
How can the issue be reproduced?
compile the gba example biosdump, run it , and it will fail
Environment?
archlinux + official devkitpro gba-dev
