feat(scripts): add ADO lab screenshots and fix captures (#4)

- add 14 ADO screenshots for lab-06-ado and lab-07-ado
- fix duplicate screenshots: alert-triage and sarif-artifacts
- fix incorrect screenshots: fork-repo, gh-api-upload, cost-gate-pr
- update capture script with simulated SARIF upload output
- add ado-auth.json to .gitignore
