Goal

Run one mini training cycle and report engagement and blockers.

Step-by-step instructions

1. Assign learners:
   • Beginner -> Track A
   • Intermediate -> Track B
2. Ask each learner to complete one challenge.
3. Track progress using docs/LEARNER_PROGRESS_TEMPLATE.md.
4. Record metrics:
   • learners active
   • PRs opened
   • PRs merged
   • help issues opened
5. Post a summary issue with:
   • what worked
   • common blockers
   • next improvements

Success criteria

• At least one learner per track completes a task.
• Progress template is updated.
• You publish a concise retrospective summary.
