[Bug]: Misaligned checkbox in DNN v10.2.0-rc2 (module permissions)

What happened?

In the Permissions tab for an HTML module, the label "Inherit View permissions from Page" is misaligned with the corresponding checkbox.

Steps to reproduce?

1. Created a DNN v10.2.0-rc2 website
2. Created a new blank page. Leave page theme at site default (Aperture).
3. Add an HTML module.
4. Click on Settings and go to the Permissions tab for the module.
5. The misalignment is visible in the screen shot in Current Behavior.

The checkbox should align with the label.

I believe that this is not a new error. Perhaps only appeared in v10.

That has been like that since DNN 9.13 or so. In our Tailwind theme we even "fixed it up real nice". I am including it here in case someone needs a reference for a version of what it could or should look like.
