Parameter documentation does not match the actual action.yml file

The documentation of the parameters in the README does not match what is in action.yml

For the command "recommendations" i do not see the
only-refresh
and only-update parameters

for the command "sbom" the description of "secrets" parameter is incorrect in the README

PR #93 updates README and action inputs to match and adds the missing flags. Will close on merge. Thanks for reporting.

This has been addressed, I am closing the issue. Thank you both @Jiri-Stary for raising the problem and @benharris-docker for fixing it!
