The website's home page needs refactoring.
Proposed changes:
- Create a separate CTF page and a home page.
- Have sections on the home page (latest ctfs, latest writeups, upcoming events, etc.)
- Maybe move the contents of the about page on the home page in a way that is more logical and intuitive for a visitor.
