About code gen and WebGPU

I want to update the webpu to the latest version (up to v27.0.4.0), and I am experiencing some problems.
Do I understand correctly that it is enough to update the webgpu submodules and run code generation, then build native dlls and it should be enough?
In a this scenario, my entire webgpu collapsed due to the problems of matching bitable structures, maybe am I missing some other steps?
