To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Searched a subject line with quotes in the advanced search that should have a lot of results "Don’t cap innovation! Save uberX! Represent your voters not the
status quo" copied straight from the email subject line in ePADD
2. Click search
3. Get No matching messages.

Expected behavior
Same results as simple search--works just fine in the simple search.
