Use management v4

Currently tests are using management v3, we should move toward v4 as v3 has been deprecated

@ndr-brt Hi! This issue means all system-tests change from v3 to v4?

not only the system tests, but also the samples themselves.
in the current version (0.15.1) v4 is still in alpha, but in 0.16.0 is in beta (will be merged soon #518), and in 0.17.0 will be stable

FYI: now the Samples are using EDC v0.17.0, so v4 is stable and v3 deprecated
