Bug- Multi condition check in same topic
Not able to pass multi conditions for the same topic in single YAML file

@youngtaekiim This is the issue I mentioned yesterday.

@akshaylg0314 @basheerFZ We understand that the multi condition for one scenario should be allowed in YAML file. Because the concept of YAML (Scenario/Package/Model) is changing, this issue is supposed to be fixed in 2Q 2026. We will remain this issue to be opened until the fix is made.
