Why are the docs not updated?

This commit fixed a broken link: a1eae05 . This was back in 2019. It is now 2021 The version of the docs at https://package.elm-lang.org/packages/elm/random/latest/Random is still broken

Probably Evan doesn't have time to handle all PRs. I have noticed that there is another member, who can contribute to Elm project. Maybe @terezka can help with all PRs in elm/random.
